Registration Fees

FENS Member: FENS membership is automatically granted to the individual members of all FENS member societies or to individual members.  
 
Non-member: A participant from academic or non-profit organisations.
 

Please note that your membership status has to be verified by organizers.

Registration includes unlimited access to all on-line sessions and events during the period  of the meeting. 

Payment methods:
  • Credit Cards (online payment via Dotpay)
  • Bank transfer (should be made within 7 days)
  • Payments should be made in EUR (no other currencies will be accepted).
  • After making a payment you will receive an email with confirmation and with an invoice.
All additional charges and fees associated with the bank transfer have to be covered by the payee.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. Registration fee and abstract fee payments must be finalised before abstracts can be submitted by FENS or non-FENS members. 
Credit card payments and bank transfers are possible.
Bank transfers should be made within 7 days.
Abstract submission will remain open until 10 May 2021.
