Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstract submission is available ONLY via the on-line system, submissions by fax, post or email will not be considered.
  • Prior to submitting the abstract you need to be registered at the Conference website  and then go to the Abstract Submission
  • If you are a registered user, please login and go to the Abstract Submission

 

1. GENERAL
In order to ensure a high quality of the volume of abstracts the Authors  are kindly asked to submit the abstracts in English, in MSWord . docx format. The aim of such abstracts is firstly to advertise the topic considered in the paper and secondly to provide the readers with some detailed information. Please, describe briefly the area of interest, basic assumptions, method used and highlight the main results of the research. A list of basic references (up to 3 positions) can be also added if necessary. 
 
2. PAPER SIZE, MARGINS AND PAPER LENGTH
 
Please, use the standard A4 (210 x 297 mm) paper size. Allow 2 cm left and right margins and 2.5 cm top and bottop margins (use the typing area of 17 x 24.7 cm). A template is provided at the bottom of this page. 
 
3. FONT SIZE, SPACING, TITLE,  HEADINGS
Times Roman fonts of 12 point size should be used throughout all the abstract with single spacing between lines of text.  Contributions exceeding the limits of words/characters or having bad presentation in terms of the English language or typing  quality will not be accepted. 
 
The abstract should start with a title written in bold, single spaced. Do not leave any additional space above the title.  The title should be followed by Authors' names (bold-italic) and respective affiliations (italic). Leave two empty lines (single spaced) between the title and  Authors' names and the one empty line  (single spaced) between the Authors list and affiliation. Two single spaced lines should be added between affiliation and body text. and the beginning of the text.  In order to save space, the affiliation should not include the full address of your Institution.  Put simply Institution, Department, Town, Country. 
The body text should be left and right justified with 1-cm indentation of the first line. Page numbers must not be typed on the sheets.
 
4. TABLES, FIGURES AND EQUATIONS
Not allowed.
 
5. REFERENCES

Any references should be placed at the end of the paper and referenced in the paper through the number in square brackets, e.g. [1].
